When Misha contacted me about having maternity portraits taken, I was so thrilled that I was able to squeeze her into my schedule before her due date. She requested my Belly to Baby Collection, which is always so much fun. There’s nothing better than photographing an expectant mama-to-be and then having the opportunity to photograph her beautiful newborn baby.
I love when the entire family gets involved for the maternity session. This session was so much fun – Mr. “R” is two-years-old, and absolutely full of personality. He’s going to make a GREAT big brother. One of his favorite things in the world is hockey, and he informed me that his fantastic red shoes are actually his skates. I know he’ll have a blast teaching his baby sister all about hockey, football, and monster trucks!
Misha was positively glowing, and her little baby bump was just perfect. I absolutely love the bow on her pants – I think it’s the perfect simple accessory for a belly portrait.
