Session Fees

Children & Family: $125 Includes a 1-2 hour session for up to 5 subjects (additional subjects $25 each). Also includes a 10% discount for orders placed within 1 week of gallery being placed online. Sessions may take place either on location or in our studio in Durham, NC.

Newborns: $150 Includes a 2-3.5 hour session in the comfort of your own home or at our studio in Durham, NC. Also includes 25 one-sided custom designed birth announcements and a 10% discount when orders are placed within 1 week of gallery being placed online.

The session fee covers the photographer’s time photographing and editing your portrait session and does not include prints or digital files.

Approximately two weeks after your session, your portraits will be available for viewing in an online gallery. Images will remain online for 5 days. A link to your session gallery and slideshow will be sent to you via email. Please feel free to share the link to your gallery and slideshow with friends and family members.

Belly and Baby Plan – $200

The Belly and Baby Plan includes a mini maternity session as well as a newborn session (which must take place within the first two weeks of life). The plan also includes 25 5X7 photo birth announcements.

The Milestones Plan – $275

The Milestones Plan is a series of 3 portrait sessions within the first year of your baby’s life. Reserve the Milestones Plan prior to the birth of your baby and receive a complimentary newborn session (must take place within the first two weeks of life). The Milestone sessions generally take place around 3 months, 6 months (baby needs to be sitting up without assistance – this is sometimes closer to 8 months in some babies), and 1 year (standing/cruising, but not walking). After the 1 year session, you will receive a custom 10X20 storyboard containing your favorite image from the 3 month, 6 month, and 1 year portrait sessions.

Digital Files

You will receive a watermarked, web-sized digital file of every image purchased from your session. These images are great for sharing online via email, Facebook, etc, but are not suitable for printing. See below if you would like to purchase high resolution digital negatives.

1 Digital File           $75 each

High resolution digital files will be presented on a disk and sized at 8X12 at 300 dpi. They will include a release for personal printing, as well as a recommendation for high quality labs to provide the best quality prints and accurate color reproduction.

Weddings

Wedding coverage begins at $1500 and always includes two photographers to photograph your day. Please contact the studio for detailed information.

All session fees and orders are subject to 6.75% NC sales tax. Payment is due at the time the order is placed. Payment plans are available.
